Eczema skin symptoms are most often described to be itchy, red, dry and irritated skin. If you are having moderate to severe symptoms, your skin will also be raw and inflamed to the extent of being crusty, scaly and bleeding with all that scratching. With exceptionally dry skin, you are more prone to itching. Unfortunately the more you scratch, the more you will introduce bacteria through your broken skin. This results in patches of skin oozing with clear fluid, or even blood.

Eczema is a skin disorder that can affect a baby right up to someone elderly. It is non contagious. No one will get eczema just by being in close contact with you. Some say that it is a condition that is hereditary. So if your parents have eczema, you are more likely to have this disorder.

Atopic eczema is the most common type of eczema . It inflicts about one out of every eight or nine children. Although the figures look alarming, the good news is that about three quarters of the young kids who develop the eczema skin symptoms outgrow their condition before their teens.

Most of these children also develop other allergy related disorders such as food allergies, allergy to dust, asthma or hay fever. These children will also suffer from dry skins for the rest of their lives. Children usually develop the skin disorder on their faces and also on their hands and legs. In many of these cases, the first signs of improvement usually show on their faces before being seen in other parts of their body.

Another type of eczema is known as varicose eczema. Eczema skin symptoms in this category usually start when you are in your thirties. Varicose eczema is often attributed to the poor blood circulation on your legs. For this condition, symptoms are in your ankles with a speckled look that is also sore and itchy.

Moisturizing is key to keeping your eczema skin symptoms under control. You need to make sure that your skin is sufficiently hydrated. This can be achieved through drinking enough water and also applying oils or lotion to your skin a few times a day.

There is no known cure for eczema currently. To treat eczema skin symptoms, doctors will usually recommend steroid creams and special emollients and/or or antibiotics for bacteria infection (if you have one) as well as anti-histamines (drugs to prevent itching).
There are also several natural alternative treatments for eczema that you can use to alleviate your skin symptoms. These natural treatments are worthwhile exploring as they can help reduce your reliance on drug medications for your skin.

Do you find yourself getting a stuffy nose or runny nose in the spring time when the trees are in full bloom? Do you eyes start to water when you visit your aunt’s house that has two cats? Do you suffer from painful headaches that are right behind your eyes? When a weather front is about to blow through do you get painful headaches and pressure in your head?

You might have an allergy, but you are not sure of the specific allergen that is triggering your allergic reaction. An allergy doctor will recommend an allergy test or two to diagnose your condition.

There are different types of allergy tests each used to determine different types of allergies. Each test works better for determining certain categories of allergies.

It is a good idea to be familiar with the different methods of allergy testing before you make an appointment with your doctor. Tests can fall into three categories: prick tests, elimination tests, and blood tests.

Prick Tests

The scratch tests are probably the most common type of allergy testing that is done. A grid drawn on either the arms or the back and a small amount of the suspected allergen is placed into the grid and the skin is pricked. This allows a small amount of the allergen to be absorbed by the skin. The site is then observed to watch for indication of an allergic reaction such as swelling, redness or itching. A result is often detected in as little as twenty minutes with this method of allergy testing.

With this method many different types of allergens can be tested at the same time. This makes this method very useful when the allergen is unknown, for airborne allergens and for allergies from foods and insect bites.

Elimination diets for food allergies

If a food allergy is suspected, another type of allergy testing that is often performed is the elimination diet. In this process, a variety of foods that are potential allergens are eliminated from the diet for a period of several weeks. Each food is then individually introduced back into the person’s diet, with careful observation to see which selection will cause the allergy symptoms to return.

This method of allergy testing works best on mild allergic reactions, but can be potentially dangerous for severe, anaphylactic allergies. If a severe allergy is suspected, there is a third method of allergy testing that is preferred to ensure that a potentially life-threatening substance is not introduced into the body in any way.

Blood Tests

The final type of allergy testing that is commonly performed is called a radioallergosorbent test, or RAST. This test is done in the laboratory, using blood that is drawn from the patient. The blood is examined for the presence of immunoglobulin (IgE) antibodies, since this will indicate whether the immune system is producing an allergic reaction in the body. Elevated levels of these IgE’s can tell your doctor whether you are allergic to certain types of allergens, although this type of allergy testing does not tend to be as accurate or precise as other methods.

Allergy testing is the best way to determine exactly what you are allergic to. There are several different methods each with their strengths and weakness. You will need to work with your allergy doctor to determine which allergy test method is the best for you to determine what is causing your painful allergic reactions. With this knowledge you will be able to avoid the allergens and increase your quality of life.

In today’s world allergy caused by food is the most common disease. You have to keep in mind that these allergies could hamper your comfort in your daily routine. This means that you will be unable to carry out your daily routine properly. You have to take into consideration that your dog could experience this allergy.

When your dog is capable of carrying the allergy you should monitor your pet as allergies could affect your dog in many ways which could be life threatening. You must be aware of the symptoms and the sign of your pet’s (dog) allergies as it is very hard to detect. One should take at most care as you should realize that the dog cannot express its feelings. It is necessary for you to keep in track with the symptoms it shows so that you’re able to detect the allergy properly. This will help you to manage the pet properly.

Nowadays dogs eat different types of processed foods and allergy caused by food is the third common causes of allergies. Like in human allergy, the immune system of dogs overreacts to certain type of food which will trigger the immune system so that histamines get released to fight of the invader. The invader generally doesn’t harm the dogs but the immune system over do’s it and mistakes it as harmful.

You can see that the dogs have itching in different parts of its body if it suffers from the food allergy attack. Itching takes place in the foot, face, belly, limb and they will experience recurrent infections in ear which could irritate and make them restless. They will probably not be active as usual, and they would refuse to take any food and could vomit.

Staring at you in the face is the main cause for food allergy. Nowadays the dog foods that are available in several pet shops contain ingredients (junk) which could cause allergic reactions for your dog. The proteins that are found in chicken, beef, wheat, dairy, chicken eggs are the main causes of allergies in dogs. You can also notice that the ingredients that are mentioned above are the main ingredients to be found in dog foods. Switching your dogs diet is very important as it determines what types of food causes the allergy to the dog.

Dogs should be taken to the vet quite often in order to carry out a number of physical examinations which will determine the type of ingredient in dog foods which causes the allergy. Once this allergen is found, the vet will recommend that the dog should change its diet from regular food that has the allergens to hypoallergenic food. Even though the hypoallergenic food is costlier that the popular and regular dog food, you could be sure that you’re pet will always be in proper shape and will live a happy, peaceful life. But while giving the hypoallergenic food you should maintain proper diet so that any kind of mistakes doesn’t take place. This food also ensures no side effects, be it external or internal, on the body takes place.

Homemade diets can be chosen but you should keep In mind that minerals and vitamins should be balanced carefully so that adequate nourishment is provided for your dog needs. The proper diet plan will be provided by the veterinarian.

With the correct and systematic treatment, the dog will surely be able to live in a peaceful manner with minimized risk of attacks.

Allergy gets into a body when an immune system becomes suddenly abnormal to a specific material which is generally not detrimental to most of the individuals except the one who has the allergy. When this allergy is triggered by an allergen or substance, the body recognizes this as a trespasser and releases any sort of chemicals so that it fights the trespasser causing symptoms like irritation. Moreover this irritation could also be fatal leading to death.

Allergy caused by food is a reaction which is made by the immune system. In the immune system antibodies are produced because of negative effect to few foods. Even though there are a lot of people who say that they have the allergy, only few actually have this allergy causing reactions. Many individuals confuse food allergy and food intolerance. Intolerance to certain kinds of food doesn’t affect the immune system. But both food allergy and intolerance are sensitivity reaction to foods.

In today’s world the medical department hasn’t found any proper cure for allergies caused by food. The allergy management only cautions you of intake of the allergens in food and few diet modifications.

During the allergic reaction, Antibodies are released by the immune system, especially immunoglobulin E. It inevitably causes the production of histamine (chemical) in the way of guarding the body. The following chemicals are the main cause of symptoms that includes irritation in eyes, throat, skin, gastrointestinal organs and lungs. These things happen when one is exposed to allergen.

There are 8 major foods that are the main cause for the reaction (allergic). These eight allergy provoking foods are soy, wheat, fish, milk, eggs, tree nuts, shellfish and peanuts.
These cause severe damage to an individual’s body.

People afflicted with allergies react to only certain allergy causing foods. Cross reaction takes place when allergy to a kind of food causes (allergic) reaction to foods that are related to allergen food. For example, a reaction to wheat could cause a reaction to rye.
The Allergy in pollens could cause allergy to peaches, almonds, hazelnuts, green apples. Reaction to a goat’s milk could be cause an allergy to cow’s milk. So there are so many examples to show cross reaction.

If you accidentally ingested the food-containing allergen, it is very important that you should immediately take anti-histamine medications. This is why you have to take anti-histamine medication wherever you go in case you accidentally ate food that contains an ingredient that you are allergic from.

These are some of the common food allergens that you should know about in order to properly manage it and minimize the risk of future allergy attacks that can lead to severe discomfort and in severe cases, death.

Asthma or eczema patients could be at a risk of having food allergy. To add to this they might be having a severe reaction than the normal people who have only food allergy. This is because, when an allergy occurs, the concerned person is under stress which could lead to triggering their eczema or asthma aggravating the current situation. But the degree of this reaction depends upon circumstances like a person’s sensitivity threshold to allergen, exposure scale the individual has to the food and the quantity of eaten food.

Vigilance and self-discipline will help or guide a person who suffers from this allergy. There are no specific cures for the food allergy. However contacting your physician will serve you better responses. The physician will understand your problems and give you proper treatment.

Researches have shown that there are about 5 – 8 % of young children who are inflicted with the allergy caused by food. Food allergy is an immunologic reaction that takes place when a person is hypersensitive towards a particular food containing protein.

With the increase in number children having allergies (food), more caregivers and parents are seeking help from various books. In today’s world there are a lot of books that tackle allergies (food) in children. But there are books which have titles that are tempting. These tempting books must be carefully chosen because there is a possibility of wrong information too. It is a very rare occasion to find a book that has everything you want to know about allergy in children. So, it is good to choose the book by the standards given below.

Overview of the food allergy

The book should have general and basic information about food allergy. Food allergy should be properly and well defined in such a way that even children should be able to grasp the meaning. Then the causes of food allergy must be explained to the children.

Symptoms and signs of food allergy should be well discussed. There are areas where general symptoms and signs are different from what the children experience. Additionally, the prevention methods and various other treatments must be provided in the reading material.

It is indeed important for an author to include allergy (food) related by law that could be helpful to your child and you. A fine example of a state rule implemented for the allergy is the Labeling law.

Kinds of food allergy in children

The various types of allergy in children is entirely different from that of adults. The most common allergies found in children are as follows:

• Peanut – a severe allergic reaction could result with this kind of allergy to those who suffer from asthma.
• Milk – It is a common allergen to all children specifically infant ones.
• Wheat – at an early and tender age there are individuals who outgrow allergies to wheat.
• Egg – Allergies to egg causes illness to children like nasal allergy or asthma
• Soy – This is the least kind of food allergy that could cause life threatening situations
• Peanut – incase it is left supervised it is a serious life threatening type of allergy.

Diagnosis, its prevention and treatment

It is necessary for a book about food allergy to discuss on treatment, prevention and diagnosis for children.

There are many methods used to diagnose the presence of the allergy cause by food. Few examples are elimination diet test, blood test, closely observing symptoms, and skin prick test.

Studies have shown that the best and the easiest way to avoid food allergy is by preventing yourselves from consuming allergens. For those children suffering from severe food allergies, they are provided with emergency treatment like carrying Epipen, wearing a bracelet and card information.

Recipes of food

Parents are often anxious that their child may not get the right amount of nutrition because of food allergy. But, there are ways and means to deal this situation by preparing substitutes for food for the kind of allergy. Be aware of the ingredients that are used while making the food. Make sure unwanted ones are eliminated to avoid food allergy.

Recipes are very useful for caregivers or parents to make delectable delicious meals to their children.

If you have obstructive sleep apnea, there’s a good chance you may have been recommended to try a CPAP machine. This is a mask that attaches to a pump at the bedside that blows gentle, positive air pressure through your nose to keep you from breathing stoppages at night. In general, people have a love and hate relationship with their machines. Some people love them, and some absolutely despise them.

What I’ve noticed over the years is that there are 5 common habits and characteristics the successful CPAP users all share.

1. Their top priority is their health. They are open-minded and willing to try strange looking devices and gadgets. What others may think is irrelevant.

2. They are willing to invest in upgrades and devices that regular insurance doesn’t cover for. Most insurances only cover for the basics, and although most people do fine, some need more sophisticated machines or various other masks.

3. They make sure that they are breathing through their nose well all the time. Either they control nasal congestion with allergy medications or use nasal saline routinely. Some even have to undergo surgery to breathe better.

4. They join live or virtual support groups, sharing, learning, and educating within the collective wisdom of these groups.

5. They constantly monitor the data from their machines to work with the sleep doctor and equipment company, making constant adjustments and fine tuning various settings.

6. They surround themselves with a team of doctors and trusted advisors, collaborating with and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

7. They don’t rely only on their machines for sleep apnea relief. They incorporate other healthy habits such eating early, eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, and finding ways to de-stress and relax on a regular basis.

As you can see, successful CPAP users don’t rely on their machines alone to solve all their problems. They use it as a tool that helps them accomplish their other health goals more effectively. Some people adjust to immediately, whereas others can literally take months to find significant benefits.

What type of over-the-counter acid reflux drugs can really cure acid reflux or heartburn? Over-the-counter drugs or OTC don’t usually require a doctor’s prescription and can be bought immediately from any drugstores. Over-the-counter products such as antacids, H2 blockers, bismuth subsalicylate and proton pump inhibitors claim through advertisements that they can provide relief for acid reflux and its symptoms.

But can they really cure the acid reflux or heartburn, or will they bring fatal side effects? Actually, it’s not the matter of the drug being effective. It’s a matter of taking the right kind of medication for the right symptom or disorder. To do this, consulting a doctor is encouraged while self-medication is discouraged. However, it wouldn’t hurt at all if you at least have an idea about each acid reflux drug.

To distinguish one from the other in curing acid reflux or heartburn, herewith are the soothing effects of OTC acid reflux drugs;

1. Antacids provide a fast but short-term relief in reducing the acid in the stomach.

2. H2 inhibitors work to reduce the amount of acid in the stomach. The effect may not be immediately felt but the symptoms can be relieved for a period of time longer than antacids.

3. Bismuth subsalicylate balances the fluid movement through the bowels. They tend to incorporate with bacteria and kill its germs. This medicine is also used to treat nausea and diarrhea.

4. Proton pump inhibitors will stop the production of acid in the stomach. The effect of the drug will be felt within a period of 1 to 4 days.

As always, your doctor knows best. Never take these over-the-counter drugs without proper advice from your doctor as side effects might surface during self medication.

Acid Reflux Drugs – Precautionary Measures

1. Antacids contain a drug called phenylalanine. If a person is suffering from a disease causing mental retardation and seizures, phenylalanine should not be taken in as this will only aggravate the problem.

2. H2 inhibitors and Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI) should not be used by people taking medicines for asthma, seizures, yeast problems, anxiety and heart problems as this will bar the effectiveness of the other drugs.

3. Proton Pump Inhibitors should be used by persons only if they suffer from heartburn often, at least 2 days in a week.

4. Bismuth subsalicylate should be avoided if you are taking drugs for blood-thinning, gout, arthritis and diabetes as this will lessen the effectiveness of the other drugs.

5. Individuals with allergy to aspirin should not take bismuth subsalicylate or any product that has salicylates.

6. Do not administer bismuth subsalicylate to children who may have the flu or chickenpox since it will only worsen their condition.

7. People who are on a strict low-salt diet should not take drugs with sodium bicarbonate or aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate.

8. If you are on a magnesium restricted diet, don’t take drugs with magnesium hydroxide.

9. Unless the doctor allows it, people with kidney problems should not take drugs with calcium carbonate or aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate.

10. Acid reducers and antacids should not be taken simultaneously without asking advice from your doctor.

11. Ingesting antacid should be stopped if the stomach pain doesn’t get better after 14 days.

12. Make sure you understand all your doctor’s instructions regarding the frequency and dosages of the prescribed acid reflux drugs.

As an over-all assessment regarding the improper use of acid reflux drugs, acid reflux can lead to esophageal cancer known as Barrett’s Esophagus. Accordingly, the esophagus cannot withstand acid in the stomach that will be produced by the Barrett’s Esophagus disease. This is the classic example of the side effect being more fatal than the disease.

Nasal polyps are soft, jelly-like overgrowths occurring in the lining of sinuses. They appear as grayish grape-like mass in the nasal cavity. Polyps in the nose and sinuses are rarely malignant. But large polyps can cause nasal blockage, making it hard to breathe. Even so, most nasal polyp problems can be helped.

Nasal polyps occur in around 1 in 200 people. Most of the time, the cause is never known. Some may be a result of swelling from a sinus infection. Other factors like asthma or aspirin sensitivity and allergies may also trigger polyps and make them grow faster. Also, the chance of reoccurrence is greater even after sinus operations.

Polyps block the nose, and in most cases there is a decrease in the sense of smell. Since much of our sense of taste is related to our sense of smell, patients with polyp may describe a loss of both taste and smell.

Nasal obstruction can also occur – the pathways where the sinuses drain into the nose can be blocked by polyp. This would cause the mucous to remain in the sinuses, causing congestion. It can also cause pressure over the forehead and face. When mucous is in the sinuses too long, there is a high risk of infection.

Although most people with nasal polyps have no symptoms and require no treatment, those who do experience symptoms have different treatment options.

If the polyps are a result of a sinus infection, they often will be treated as how sinusitis symptoms are treated. Aggressive medical treatment of sinus infection is helpful to treat polyp growths. Nose sprays are the most effective because they allow easy topical application of medication to the infected areas.

Other treatment options include:

Surgical removal – the polyp is extracted surgically from the affected area. Removing the polyps with surgery usually allows people to breathe easier through the nose. The surgery lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The surgery can be done under general or local anaesthesia, and the polyps are removed using endoscopic surgery. Recovery from this type of surgery is anywhere from one to three weeks. However, there is a risk of re-growth in 50% of patients.

Cortisone or steroids – the polyp will shrink down temporarily and slow down polyp growth. Cortisone cannot be taken long term because of high risk of side effects.

Sinus Rinse or Nasal Lavage – Sinus rinses with warm water mixed with a small amount of salt can be very helpful to clear sinuses. This method can also be used as a preventive measure to discourage the polyps from growing back and should be used in combination with a nasal steroid.

Allergy desensitization injections- sometimes used in allergic patients with hay fever and polyps. While this often helps with hay fever and therefore reduces the fever’s negative effects on the polyps, there is no guarantee that the injections help shrink the polyps directly.

Although there is no real way to prevent or eliminate nasal polyps completely, therapy aimed at the cause can help.

According to the 2006 National Health Survey from the National Center for Health Statistics, it is estimated that about 17.6 million adult Americans suffer from hay fever, with 6.8 children also suffering. Even more, physicians state that more than 11 million office visits are by patients seeking relief from hay fever, which is also known as allergic rhinitis. Symptoms of hay fever include itchy eyes, runny nose, congestion, and an endless amount of sneezing. All of these symptoms are caused by an overacting immune response to a variety of possible triggers, which include pollen from plants, dust, dust mites, airborne pollutants, mold, and pet dander.

Hay fever is marked by inflammation of mucous membranes in the eyes, throat, ears, sinuses, nose, and lungs. Although the development of inflammation in allergies is complex, one of the most influential factors is immunoglobulin E (IgE), which responds to protein allergens. Although there is a genetic component to susceptibility to allergic response to certain triggers, the focus of allergy relief is on the events that occur as a reaction.

Various natural products offer allergy relief by targeting the factors in allergy pathology. Similar to other areas of immune health, fruits and vegetables are suggested for the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that they provide. Vitamin C is a major antioxidant in the airway surface liquid of the lungs; therefore, it can severely impact allergies and asthma. Low levels of vitamin C have actually been associated with asthma in both adults and children. Also, low levels of vitamin E have been associated with asthma and other wheezing illnesses. Combining antioxidant ingredients also provides additional relief. Therefore, by combining vitamins C and E with the antioxidant NAC, pollen-induced airway inflammation is inhibited by blocking ragweed oxidases which cause oxidative stress and inflammation in the airways.

On its own, NAC reduces mucous viscosity and protects against lung tissue damage. According to scientists, lycopene may also be beneficial. As far as minerals are concerned, both magnesium and zinc have been proven to help. Quercetin has both antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties, allowing it to inhibit the release of histamine in nasal mucosa of allergic patients. Glucomannan was shown in a study to suppress allergy symptoms, while CLA reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing.

One of the best natural remedies for allergies is comprised of botanicals such as licorice root, skullcap, pine bark extract, and butterbur. Licorice root offers anti-inflammatory activities along with aide in fighting IgE allergic reactions, while skullcap can restrict inflammatory cytokine production. Pine bark extract blocks the release of allergy troublemakers in the body even better than a known pharmacological histamine inhibitor.

Similarly, butterbur has abilities in blocking histamine release by IgE-sensitized mast cells and relieving allergy symptoms as effectively as drugs without the drowsy side effects. Although allergies are widespread and disrupt the daily lives of many people, they strike one out of every four Americans, affecting six times more than cancer. The mechanisms of allergic reactions in the body, especially those in the upper respiratory system, are becoming more and more well-known.

Natural products are available that can help to address these mechanisms, along with the mediators that produce the inflammation and symptoms that allergies create. Natural vitamin supplements are available at your local or internet health food store.

Hives are raised, itchy welts on the surface of the skin caused by hypersensitivity to a substance. When the body encounters a substance that it is allergic or sensitive to, it releases histamines and other chemicals into the bloodstream. As a result, the capillaries and tiny veins leak. The leaking fluid gets trapped in the skin and lining membranes, which causes the localized swelling seen with hives. The welts, which are also called wheals, may remain small, or may spread large enough to join together. With hives, the center of the welt blanches, or turns white, when pressed.

When hives occur around the face, particularly around the lips and eyes, they are called angioedema. Angioedema may also occur on the hands, feet and throat. Hives can come and go suddenly, often without any apparent cause. It is estimated that up to 70% of hives go undiagnosed as to the cause, because they can appear hours after exposure to the irritant.

Symptoms of Hives:

Swelling, itchy and sometimes painful:
Your skin swells which is covered by small or sometimes large red colored rings or patches. Wheals or welts appear all over your body which is very itchy. Their shapes vary and keep disappearing and reappearing within minutes or hours. You can see raised pink lesions too all over your body in different sizes.

Difficulty in routine activity:
You may find difficulty in breathing and swallowing. Your level of anxiety increases which causes rapid and irregular heart beat. You may even suffer from loss of consciousness, dizziness or faintness.

Causes of Hives:

Allergy:
Being allergic to medications, nuts, eggs, berries, insect bites, jelly fish, can release the batch of
hives. If you are exposed to animal dander it may also cause an allergic reaction. Wearing tight clothes and jewelry which does not suit you can also be another reason for hives.

Exposure to extreme weather:
If you are being exposed to extreme temperatures you may suffer from this condition. Presence in extreme heat and extreme cold can create such problems.

Sweat:
Hives may start developing once you come in contact with sweat or water.

Home Remedies:

Hives treatment by using calamine lotion:
By applying this lotion it can grant you relief from the itchy feeling.

Hives treatment by using milk of magnesia:
By dabbing milk of magnesia on the lesions, provides some relief. As milk of magnesia is an alkaline solution it helps in removing the irritating itchy sensation.

Hives treatment by using herbal tea:
Calming our nerves is one of the important things to do, as stress makes the matter worse. Drinking peppermint or passionflower tea is very good. You can also try chamomile, valerian and catnip which also soothe your nerves.

Hives treatment by using cornstarch:
To stop the itching get 1/2 a tub filled with warm water, add 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1/2 cup baking soda.Soaking yourself at least once a day can make a lot of difference.

Hives treatment by using cayenne pepper:
Consume cayenne pepper capsules to help the healing procedure. You can also have vitamin C, vitamin E or zinc for quick relief.

Diet for Hives:

Avoid allergen triggering food:
Avoid food like eggs, strawberries, berries, peanuts, nuts, chocolates, cheese, tomatoes, soy products, shellfish and many more. Find out the food that is allergic to you and avoid having it.

Other treatment for Hives:

Use of Acupressure:
By massaging the trapezius points, you can find some relief. This trapezius muscle is found between the neck and the shoulder. By giving the vital pressure it may help you clear the red and white ringed patches of your body.
