A good hydrating/moisturizing lotion will help the skin heal. If you know you’re going to be around grass, take a non-drowsy antihistamine like Benadryl prior to going out.

Tell your doctor to give you some eledel and some Zyrtec. Eledel is a cream for the eczema and the Zyrtec is a pill for the allergy.

I’m allergic to grass too, along with a bunch of other things. Over the counter cortisone cream can help with the eczema rash along with Aveeno (just a daily lotion).

But most of my eczema was so bad that I needed a special steroid cream from my doctor. Don’t feel like it’s bad to use things that will cure up your problem.

grass allergy!?
can anyone suggest any alternative remedies for an exema like rash caused by grass allergy?
