A good hydrating/moisturizing lotion will help the skin heal. If you know you're going to be around grass, take a non-drowsy antihistamine like Benadryl prior to going out.

Here's a web page on natural remedies for eczema: http://www.naturalmd.com/NaturalMD/content/Concern/Eczema.html
References :
Tell your doctor to give you some eledel and some Zyrtec. Eledel is a cream for the eczema and the Zyrtec is a pill for the allergy.
References :
I'm allergic to grass too, along with a bunch of other things. Over the counter cortisone cream can help with the eczema rash along with Aveeno (just a daily lotion).

But most of my eczema was so bad that I needed a special steroid cream from my doctor. Don't feel like it's bad to use things that will cure up your problem.
